The Vibraboard biomechanical stimulation table has a vibratory range of 5.0 to 50.0 hertz in 1 10th of a hertz increments. Unlike older biomechanical stimulation tables, Vibraboard works on the entire body at once.

Lower range frequencies (5-8 hertz) support lymphatic flow and relaxation.

Mid range frequencies (25-28 hertz) support relief from pain and increase rate of healing.
