Strength Training With the Vibraboard
Biomechanical stimulation (BMS) has been shown to increase both muscle strength and coordination. Even short sessions if done regularly have been shown to have effects similar to that of standard resistance exercise.
By increasing nerve and muscle coordination, antagonistic muscles not involved in a particular motion are relaxed allowing for more efficient and thus faster and more powerful movement. BMS has also shown increases in explosive power similar to that resulting from plyometric training.
